Our Quality Policy
Quality is widely believed to be a conformance to specifications. In the service industry it becomes a challenge to measure and monitor quality continuously on account of various transactional processes involved at various stages of the operations. We would like to consider ourselves as one of the very first in the Heavy Lifts and Transportation space that have a full fledged Quality Assurance Team to drive Quality standards, Safety Practices and Training across the division. Our Quality team is responsible for driving all initiatives related to Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment: We have aptly called it "QHSSE" Cell.
   
Each of our Equipment in our wide range of fleet is put through a comprehensive Quality Audit Testing twice a year to ensure strong compliance to Maintenance, Safety and Reliability aspects as per specification by various OEMs.
   
 
   
Equipment Division is OHSAS compliant, Member of the globally recognized Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA, UK) and ISO certified.
   
QHSSE cell also conducts rigorous process audits of various functions to ensure that we are constantly meeting SLAs desired by our valued customers.
   
Our business is predominantly a People Centric Endeavour and we believe in continuously monitoring their competence, identifying their training needs and continuously train them to keep them abreast with the most contemporary practices globally. QHSSE team is actively involved in liaising for training with the OEMs, SMEs and Internal Functional Experts. Training also includes visits to Manufacturing facilities, R& D centers and Engineering & Repair centers of globally recognized OEMs. We strongly believe in benchmarking our people and their competencies with the Best in Class in the world.
